Service Line Manager

FOllowing her business expansion, our client, a professional services firm with international affiliations, seeks to fill some vacant positions.

POSITION SUMMARY

Service Line Managers are Product Managers who own one or a portfolio of service products and manage them within high-value segments to improve product penetration performance and achieve market share goals. Service Line Managers act as product champions and evangelists, assessing and understanding trends, market demand, market conditions in order to identify the most viable opportunities for profitable revenue growth. The Position will work closely with other cross functional teams to gather information and execute a vision that nurtures existing Customers, attracts new Customers, and retains existing Customers. The successful candidate will support the development and enablement of our customer facing and client engagement teams. The Service Line Manager will lead the development and implementation of Product/Market/Program positioning strategies and cover key policy/decision areas of branding, pricing, product roadmap development, delivery capabilities, competitive intelligence and competitors benchmarking. They will oversee brand and promotional plans to ensure that assigned product lines are aggressively promoted using key industry visibility opportunities like events & sponsorships.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree or equivalent. Higher degree would be an advantage.
• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience Ability to use planning and analytics tools will be a great advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers; emphasis on written and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically with an ability to think end to end through the Customers' experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and building project plans and presentations.
