We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Site Engineer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Manage construction on site
• Provide technical advice for improvement on projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorize and review technical designs and make sure all plans are executed correctly.
• Draw up and communicate work schedules to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports and deliver presentation to relevant stakeholders.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Liaise with surveyor and supervise all activities carried out on the site.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a site engineer.
• Professional certificate or license is an added advantage.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must reside in ikorodu.
