Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Creator to join BWOSH Advance Limited.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual and written content that reflects our brand identity, promotes our interior design projects, and grows our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for BWOSH Interiors’ social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing and brand goals.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of interior projects, behind-the-scenes, and company events.
• Write engaging captions, articles, and promotional copy tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to showcase completed works and ongoing projects.
• Analyze and report on content performance metrics to guide future strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (experience in the interior design or lifestyle industry is an advantage).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong photography and video editing skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Creative eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
