Job Position: Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Location: Illupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in Nigeria or West Africa.
• A track record of creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Ability to use insights from data analysis to enhance social media strategy and performance.
• A track record of running social media advertising campaigns on sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Understanding of trends, ideal practices, and analytics tools in social media (such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of developing and managing social media communities, as well as interacting with customers and followers.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
