We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist 

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 2 days remote) | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Create engaging content, including images, videos, and compelling captions, using tools like Canva and CapCut
• Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns via Facebook Ads and Google Ads to increase brand visibility and sales
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and provide insights for improvement
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community
• Collaborate with the content and sales teams to align social media efforts with business objectives

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation
• Strong knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software
• Proven experience managing sponsored ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads.)
• Excellent content creation skills with a creative mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a tech-savvy audience.

Salary
N200,000 / month
