Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Strategist + Social Media Manager who can develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across multiple platforms. 
• The ideal candidate understands the latest trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors and can craft high-performing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
• This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Analyze trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
• Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop social media campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing initiatives.

Content Planning & Management:

• Overs e e the content calendar and ensure the timely posting of engaging high-quality content.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce viral and shareable content.
• Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Adjust strategies based on data, trends, and audience feedback.
• Paid Social Advertising (Preferred but not required)
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Optimize ad spend and targeting for maximum ROI.
• Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Optimize posts with strategic hashtags, captions, and platform-specific best practices.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Community Management & Engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
• Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Impleme nt en gagement strategies to increase audience interaction and retention.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing techniques.
• Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
• Develop influencer and partnership collaborations to expand brand reach.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
• Experience working in fast-paced digital environments.
• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite).
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Inshot, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and ability to adapt to changing trends quickly.
