Job Position: Software Engineer

Summary

• The Software Engineer will be responsible for research, design, development, and implementation of software solutions that align with the company’s innovation goals.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and at least one additional programming language, with a strong interest in research and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies and software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain databases, APIs, and backend systems.
• Participate in software reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5years of proven experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, C++, or PHP) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
• Knowledge of database management and API integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
