Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store's success through effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Develop and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze sales reports and make strategic decisions to maximize revenue.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
• Prepare and manage the store budget.
• Monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage deliveries.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure that store equipment is functional and well-maintained.
• Get rides for Customer deliveries

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of retail management experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
