kuddy cosmetics is a one of the leading name in skincare,we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, overseeing goods receipt and dispatch, and supporting the smooth running of the store’s operations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Store Officer

Job Location: Tradefair, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder items as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and maintained according to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders and deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Manage the packing and delivery of customer orders, ensuring that all items are correctly packed.
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure that goods are delivered on time.
• Generate reports on inventory, stock levels, and any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of stock management principles and practices.
• Physically able to manage the lifting and moving of stock as necessary.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
