Job Position: Supply Officer
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an experienced supply officer to maintain the department’s inventory of supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse consumer buying patterns and predict future trends
• Liaise with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demand
• Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and source new suppliers for future products
• Keep accurate records of payment and delivery of goods and services
• Participate in promotional activities
• Get feedback from customers
• Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of contract
• Negotiate prices with suppliers
• Research and identify new suppliers
• Purchase goods and services that the business needs

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Logistics or Supply Management
• 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Excellent communicator
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
• Good understanding of the foundational principles of logistics
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Strong leadership skills.
