Hamasville Residence is a high-end boutique hotel in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria. Featuring 15 rooms, restaurant & bar, pool & lounge. Our facility is a reservation-only destination, designed to prioritize PRIVACY and COMFORT. Our workforce is trained to preserve the unique character of its peaceful and pleasant surroundings for both business and leisure guests.

VACANCY:   TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

• 3 plus years experience working in the same position with a hospitality company
• Strong Technical knowledge and experience of facility maintenance
• Able to demonstrate understanding in operation of advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems, analyzing problems, identifying courses of action, and implement solutions to a high degree of quality.
• Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of maintenance activities like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, AC & AC ducts, electrical equipment and cosmetic items. 
• Strong knowledge of equipment Program Testing, troubleshooting and basic repairs on all types of equipment.
• Good knowledge to clean, lubricate, protect, and maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.
• Must have good understansing to prepare maintenance inventory.
• Ensure  clean and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality of information, and protect company assets.
• Able to Adher to health and safety standards.
• Able to work as a team
