Job Position: Technical Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Configure operating system and assist end-users in troubleshooting issues with remote systems.
- Research, Identify, Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues to the concerned parties.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports
- Provide regular update and feedbacks to the end-users.
