Olfad Homes Limited is a real estate development and management company, that specialises in property sales, property development, facility management, etc. It is situated at the heart of Lagos, with various properties and clients in Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, etc.

Job Position: Technology Officer - Real Estate

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and innovative Technology Officer to join us in our mission to roll out a robust digital initiative to drive growth with a focus on ultimately accelerating our strategy.

Key Deliverables:

• Maintain the Property portals with a large database of properties and real estate data
• Oversee group's digital strategy
• Managing product knowledge base for implementation and delivery.
• Ensuring high availability and optimal operational Performance together with other subsidiary websites and platforms.
• Oversee our digital technology solutions through best-in-class software systems
• Utilizing a service delivery model to deliver value with a clear, consistent and measurable framework.
• Oversee the digital real estate strategy
• Provide assessment, technology roadmap, transition and integration services as well as a continuous improvement-based support model to ensure user-friendly, client relationship digital property management.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or B.Eng. in Computer Science, Construction Engineering or any other similar field
• 3-4 years of work experience.
• Previous work experience as an IT Officer or another similar leadership role
• Basic and Intermediate knowledge of IT Solutions and applications
• Experience in a digital real estate firm
• Vast Understanding of business planning
• Ability to conduct research and analyses of Technology
• Knowledge of Technology trends
• Ability to use current technological trends to build a strategy
• Analytical and Strategic thinker
• Problem-solving skills
