Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary:

At LearnNova Learning Support Centre, we believe that growth stems from high-performing sales & relationship management teams. We are looking for qualified Territory Sales Representatives who will be responsible for selling our Learning Support Application, Training, and Mentorship Programs in designated cities across Nigeria.

 

Job Description:


In this role, you will focus on enrolling private school owners into our school growth training, coaching and mentorship programs, while also recruiting private school leaders as distributors for our innovative Learning Support Application. The ideal candidate is passionate about EdTech, has a strong sales background, and thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

You will manage sales activities within your designated territory, ensuring consistent achievement of company sales goals and will be responsible for understanding the sales process, building and maintaining long-term relationships, multitasking, and effectively engaging prospects. Your efforts will target private school leaders to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability in any of the following key cities: Ikorodu, Badagry, Epe, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Benin City, Warri, Port Harcourt, Akure, and Ado-Ekiti.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations on our products and services.
  • Engage prospective clients by inviting them to free virtual training sessions.
  • Follow up with training attendees to convert leads into sales.
  • Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and association meetings.
  • Showcase, present, and sell products through both in-person and telephone sales.
  • Build and nurture new relationships, acquiring private school clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with private school leaders.
  • Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: HND/BA/BSc
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Confidence in delivering impactful presentations
  • Ambition and determination to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Results-oriented, with a commitment to meeting goals
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent persuasion and articulation skills
