Job Position: Ticketing and Reservation Officer
Job Location: Lekki phase1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to reservations and ticketing.
• You will utilize computerized reservation systems to process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with airline and hotel policies.
• Additionally, you will stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
• Your goal will be to ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients while maximizing sales and revenue for the travel agency.

Requirements

• You must know how to use Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo.
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
