Job Position: Ticketing & Reservation Officer
Job Location: Ikota-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Liaise and consult clients to handle their travel and tour needs.
• Hand client reservation and ticketing services.
• Manage grow business relations and client portfolio.
• Ensure client is satisfied with services provided at all times.
• Follow up with client orders and inquiries.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 - 5 years as a Ticketing & Reservation officer in an air travel and tour company
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good command of English and report writing skills
