Job Position: UI / UX Designer

Summary

• We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines creativity with critical thinking — someone who can translate abstract concepts into intuitive, world-class user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and innovation strategists to create user-centered designs.
• Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant, and functional interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate designs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile products.
• Maintain and evolve AxonVault’s design system and visual identity.
• Contribute ideas that enhance user engagement and emotional connection to our platform.

What You Bring

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience (2+ years) designing intuitive interfaces for SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Ability to think like a product owner — beyond visuals, you understand user psychology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and clarity in design thinking.
• Must be resident in Abuja and able to start immediately.
