We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor (RPM / Spare) - Stores

Job Location: Ogun

Job purpose

  • Responsible for effective receipt, storage, control and issuance of Engineering, Raw and Packaging Materials required to meet production target.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing layout & space management; effective storekeeping; work organization chart; procedures such as standard operating procedure (SOP) as applicable.
  • Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
  • Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Stores’ over-all operations, maintaining end to end activities with all user departments.
  • Issue inventory in line with policies and procedures. Report items receipts without LPOs, Obsolete Materials Report, dead stock report, Materials Consumption report, OVP Delivery Report, Materials Expiry Report.
  • Ensure issuance of materials by rotating inventory to avoid obsolescence, expiry and loss of company resources.
  • Maintain an up to date register and ensure tracker for materials on ‘returnable and non-returnable basis’.
  • Ensure prompt documentation of materials/items receipt by generating SRVs and dispatch same with suppliers’ invoice(s) to Finance department accordingly.
  • Follow up ERP program/issues. Responsible for Spares, Consumables and Raw Materials stock count activities and ensure all variances (where existed) are resolved, documented in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics, or any other related fields
  • 4-6 years of experience in related roles
  • Use of Microsoft Offices - Excel, Words, Navision etc
  • Member of relevant professional body is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills - oral and written.
  • Sound knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution
  • Conversant with the countries’ major routes and road maps.
