Description

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-performance WordPress websites with a focus on design precision and user experience.
• Develop and customize themes and white-label plugins to create tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and automation engineers to bring digital ideas to life.
• Prioritize aesthetic balance, responsiveness, and speed optimization.
• Manage hosting, version control, email creation, etc.
• Implement programmatic content generation , building multiple pages dynamically from Excel or Google Sheets data.

What You Bring

• Strong grasp of PHP, WordPress core, and plugin/theme development.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A design-sensitive mindset. You care about typography, spacing, and rhythm.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or data-driven content workflows.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new frameworks or tools.
• You’re a gifted undergrad, pre-NYSC, NYSC, or ≤2 years post-NYSC developer who loves to build and experiment.

Bonus Points (Not Compulsory):

• Experience building programmatic pages or data-driven websites from spreadsheets or databases.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
