Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time performance metrics for various lines of business.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on staff attendance and performance.
  • Provide administrative support for workforce management and timekeeping systems.
  • Contribute to analytical projects and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with staff members, management, HR, and accounting.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to address attendance and timekeeping issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of attendance anomalies and real-time incidents.
  • Process management requests for scheduling modifications.
  • Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of college experience
  • Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate
  • 1 years of experience in a service center or similar role
  • Proficiency in building and developing reports in Excel
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective conflict resolution strategies
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
