Job Position: Business Development Analyst

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy that positions Proten's International as a leading provider of Recruitment services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the recruitment offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Drive revenue growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing client engagements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure that the services offered align with market needs and client expectations.
• Report on business growth activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in selling HR Solutions
• Proven experience in business development within the HR consulting sector.
• Demonstrated success in selling Recruitment services and growing business units.
