We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Hybrid - Full-time
Reporting Line: CTO
Industry: Information & Communications Technology (ICT)

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth, researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services as well as addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc. or its equivalent in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• 4 - 5 years of working experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive.
• Proven sales track record experience in customer service support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in English Language.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• A team player with interpersonal skills, self motivated and goal-oriented.
