Job Position: Call Center Agent (Hausa Speaking)
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements


  • Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HND upper or its equivalent).
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • He/she must have excellent Customer Service Experience.
  • Ability to speak Hausa fluently, communicate and relate with customers in English,
  • He / she must have excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have completed NYSC.
