We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Center Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist all patients through inbound calls, emails or chat
  • Communicate a variety of information to the patients
  • Be an active listener and help resolve patient inquires.

Requirements


  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
