Job Description

• As a Content and Media Associate, you will be responsible for creating and managing compelling content across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Your role will be crucial in developing and executing content strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
• Write compelling copy for various marketing channels including social media, email newsletters, and blog posts
• Create and edit visual content using design tools for social media and marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all content platforms
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and improve engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow our social media presence across different platforms
• Generate monthly reports on content performance and social media metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong writing and editing skills in English
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio of previous content work.

Salary
N25,000 - N100000 / month.
