Job Position: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary

• As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll oversee daily front desk operations, manage patient relationships, and ensure excellent customer service.
• You'll lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure our clinic's high standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train customer service representatives.
• Manage patient scheduling, billing, and inquiries.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Resolve patient complaints and concerns.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations in the health sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental clinic operations is an advantage.
