Job Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is a Financial Technology company that allows users to save securely, invest and grow their wealth ethically with ease.
• Due to expansion, they are in need of a Customer Support Officer.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Financial transactions for customers
• Offer information on banking products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
• Identify and Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
• Collect and verify customer identification, instruct customers on completing account forms, and explain account features and fees.
• Handle customer complaints with patience, diplomacy and provide solutions and alternatives
• Working with a team of customer service representatives and other departments to find solutions to problem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related course
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer representation in a related industry
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
• High level problem solving ability
• Computer Literacy.
