Job Position: Digital Operations Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Your responsibilities include the under listed. However, other duties may be assigned as required by the Partner Services Manager and the Company.
• Manage post consultations process and follow up calls.
• Follow up on lab test recommendations, medicine prescriptions from the user and third party partner.
• Manage the partners’ portal and BroAll Admin end.
• To utilize information resources and stay abreast of changes, developments in the diagnostics business that will be relevant to the Company and her clients.
• Work with the nurses and sales team to onboard doctors including performing demo calls and uploading appropriate documents.
• Manage Doctors' slots availability and appointment status.
• Investigate complaints, drive customer resolution and escalation procedures to make sure service levels are optimized
• Ensure issues are reported and logged for record-keeping and future reference.
• Register and onboard new partners on the partners portal
• Conduct doctor and customer surveys/feedback rating, to ensure service delivery is consistent and maintained at established standards
• Perform quality assurance on all Doctall Products

Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• Minimum of OND in Biological Sciences, or any related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation, tenacity, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with telemedicine, digital healthcare, software testing, or related fields is a plus.
