Role Overview

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the MD/CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and execute various projects and special assignments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relate field preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support role.
