Job Description

• We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Studio Manager to oversee the technical heartbeat of our station – ensuring seamless production, transmission, and studio functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain studio and broadcast equipment
• Coordinate live and recorded studio sessions
• Ensure zero-downtime transmission with quick fault resolution
• Work closely with on-air talent and content teams
• Innovate and implement studio workflow improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• A Degree in Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing technical operations in a radio station
• Strong knowledge of studio hardware/software, audio routing, mixing consoles, and automation systems
• Proven leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
