Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of our building's operations.
• This is a leadership position for someone who can ensure our facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

?Responsibilities

• ?Oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
• ?Develop and manage the facility budget.
• ?Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• ?Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• ?Plan and execute long-term facility improvements and projects.

?Requirements

• ??Relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in facility management.
• ?Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• ?Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• ?Experience with budget management and vendor relations.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
