Job Position: Front Desk Manager
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Supervise front desk staff, provide training, and manage performance.
• Oversee front desk operations, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with other departments, communicate guest needs, and provide feedback.
• Monitor room occupancy, manage rates, and optimize revenue.

Requirements

• Qualifications: BSc qualification; Tech-Savvy
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in front desk management or related role.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
