About The Role

• We are looking for a Full-Stack Mobile Developer to be part of our cross-functional software development team, helping to innovate digital health solutions. 
• The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high-quality products in a continuous delivery environment and an appreciation for clean and simple code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code
• Implement real-time features, including geolocation services, ride tracking, live notifications, and messaging systems.
• Ensure the app’s security, user privacy, and data protection by implementing industry-standard best practices and optimizing app performance.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application
• Document technical processes, APIs, and codebases for future reference.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Proven experience (4+ years) in full-stack mobile development (Kotlin/Java) with strong knowledge in both front-end (mobile) and back-end development, with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with geolocation services (Google Maps) and geospatial data.
• Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Firebase.
• Strong knowledge of real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, MQTT) for features like live tracking and notifications.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote or hybrid team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
