Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Credit to lead our credit function and drive sustainable growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit risk management, portfolio management, and building high-performing credit teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive credit risk management strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing credit team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt credit strategies accordingly.
• Oversee credit underwriting, approval, and monitoring processes to ensure optimal risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop and maintain robust credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular credit portfolio reviews and risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise credit decision and customer experience.
• Develop and implement credit scoring models and other advanced analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in credit risk management with at least [number] years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting, portfolio management, and collections.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies and tools.
