We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Operations

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving operational processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills to drive operational success.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Coren certificate is an added advantage.
• Experience in the Telecom/Power industry is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
