Job Position: Head of Operations

About the Job

• We’re looking for a results-driven Head of Operations to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our energy generation and service delivery operations—covering diesel, solar, and hybrid assets—with a strong focus on reliability, safety, efficiency, and profitability.

• Improved uptime and reliability across all sites
• Reduced operational cost per site through stronger controls and optimization
• Embedded HSE/quality compliance with measurable adherence
• Predictable incident response and reporting discipline
• Operational readiness to support expansion and new asset commissioning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across diesel and renewable/hybrid assets
• Provide hands-on leadership to Operations, NOC, Maintenance, and Field teams
• Define KPIs, performance standards, and reporting cadence
• Drive continuous improvement (uptime, cost, response time, fuel discipline)
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and operational budgets; hold third parties accountable
• Support commissioning and operational handover for new assets
• Head of Operations - WRNL

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Operations (or related field)
• 8–12 years of operational leadership experience in energy/power/infrastructure
• Strong diesel operations leadership experience
• Added advantage: experience in solar/hybrid systems
• Calm under pressure, safety-first, systems-minded, accountable leadership style
