Job Description


  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR/Legal Officer to join our team at Mosaic Homes. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support and legal expertise to ensure compliance and efficiency within our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and legal matters, with a focus on the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
HR Officer:

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for staff members
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a timely and fair manner
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics to senior management

Legal Officer:

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues related to real estate transactions, contracts, and compliance
  • Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on industry regulations and laws
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations and settlements
  • Liaise with external legal counsel as needed and manage legal correspondence

Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in HR management and legal affairs
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and real estate laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
