Job Description

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing talent acquisition, and building effective people systems that support business growth.
  • This is a great opportunity for a proactive HR professional to bring structure, innovation, and leadership into a technical and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
  • Drive performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR policies.
  • Foster a positive work culture, handle employee relations, and support change management.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master's / MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
