We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource (HR) Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and on boarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement training programs to improve staff performance.
• Develop performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management or related field
• At least 5 years of HR management experience in a dynamic environment.
• CIPM/SHRM certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR practices in event planning and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
