We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Ice Cream Production Manager

Job Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production of high-quality ice cream products, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the operation of ice cream production equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules and plans.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of ice cream products, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ice cream production or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing successful ice cream production operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
