About the Program

  • The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is a 4-month (July - October) program designed to connect early-career African women with experienced mentors. This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment. Program Structure includesone-on-one mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions, and an opportunity to work on a Capstone Project.

Eligibility

  • Must be a National of any African country
  • Have 0-3 years of working experience
  • Must have at least an undergraduate degree
  • Must be between 18 - 29 years.
  • Willingness to commit at least 5- 6 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
  • Access to internet connection and preferably a laptop.
  • Must be resident in an African country.
