Job Position: Internal Auditor

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Internal Auditor to join their team in Ibadan.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and safeguarding the organization against risks and fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of internal audit processes.
• Conduct audits across company sites, departments, and operations.
• Prepare and present clear audit reports in line with standards.
• Review and test systems and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Identify risks, highlight audit findings, and recommend corrective measures.
• Participate in meetings to discuss audit outcomes and improvements.
• Contribute to the development of the annual internal audit plan.
• Apply data analytics to detect irregularities, fraud, or internal theft.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 – 6 years of experience in internal/external audit.
• CIA certification is highly preferable.
• Prior experience with one of the Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Must be Nigerian.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly (Open to Negotiation).
