Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to join our Abuja and Port Harcourt team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating product movement between branches, and ensuring seamless inventory management for our range of luxury furniture, home fragrances, lighting, and décor items.
• You will work closely with the sales and showroom teams to ensure product availability, proper display, and timely replenishment that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee accuracy and completeness of inventory records, keep an eye on and regulate inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct routine stock counts.
• Acquire, examine, and document incoming inventory shipments, confirming the quantity, calibre, and state of the items in accordance with purchase orders or packing slips.
• Keep correct and up-to-date inventory records, update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, modifications, and movements.
• Estimate inventory needs, establish reorder points, and ascertain the ideal stock levels, examine demand trends, sales projections, and previous data.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and reconcile stock variances.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High level of integrity and accountability.

Other Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Inventory and supply chain processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company systems and procedures.
• Physically fit to handle stock inspections when required.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 per month.
