We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Manager, B2B Adhesive Tapes

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for sales of Self Adhesive Tape in the B2B market
  • Responsible for identifying customer potential, submitting quotations
  • Responsible for preparing customer trial reports
  • To prepare the customer forecast and budget product wise monthly/yearly
  • To prepare the daily call report by the end of the day.
  • Responsible for Collection of payment from the Customer with the help of customer service in charge
  • Make the order form for approval in coordination with of Customer Service.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.

2.) Sales Manager, HVAC Project

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • To get the products of AIPL ABRO approved/ spec in for the major HVAC projects via contractors stroke/ direct.
  • To estimate the BOQ of Tapes/ products of AIPL ABRO for each and every projects.
  • The product approval to be taken from the contractor & project owners for specific applications.
  • Submitting quotations & product specification sheet for every projects after getting approval from GM Sales & Marketing.
  • Track and update the status of material supply to the customers/contractors.
  • Monitor and get confirmation on material acceptance after supply in terms of quantity/quality as per EOQ/order from the contractor of customer.

Preferable Candidates

  • Should be engineering/science graduate.
  • Experience of 3-5 years of HVAC Project sales.
  • Any HVAC Contractors, sales experience from Hvac contractors (preferable from LG,Careers,etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling difficult situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Age group 30-40 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, power point)
  • To identify the project handling contractors of HVAC within PAN Nigeria.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month

3.) Purchase Assistant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

  • Identification and sourcing of potential suppliers, including conducting market research and supplier evaluations.
  • Analyzing and comparing supplier quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring the best value for money.
  • Preparing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and providing recommendations to management.
  • Resolving supplier-related issues or discrepancies, such as quality control or invoice discrepancies.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track and update delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the warehouse and finance departments, to coordinate the receipt and payment of goods.
  • Maintain and update the purchasing database and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assisting with inventory management and conducting periodic stock audits.
  • Using data to determine purchase needs and performing inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new processes and systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong mathematical skills for price analysis and cost calculations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
