We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales and Marketing Manager (Insurance Brokerage)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in expanding the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales processes.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on market conditions and business performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

2.) Head of Sales and Distribution

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Spearhead the development of transactional solutions and channels for consumers and the MSE market, driving overall transaction revenue in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and services, by designing cost-effective delivery channels suited to each segment.
  • Build internal capacity to support growth initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Lead and promote innovation across the bank, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the entire institution, contributing to the bank’s overall success.
  • Management of branches and other sales networks for efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in senior role in relationship management/ banking, operations, product development or sales.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with an ability to research and synthesize information and broad ranges of Group Strategies.
  • Proven track-record in sales leadership, financial inclusion, and product development within the financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of the Nigerian financial services landscape, particularly in the microfinance and MSE sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with senior management teams.

3.) Executive Director (Healthcare / NGO)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Lead and evolve the strategic, programmatic, financial, and operational leadership of the organisation.
  • Ensure the organisation is a trusted partner working in close partnership with government agencies, other NGOs, multilaterals, philanthropic partners, the private sector, and local institutions to mobilize resources and achieve measurable outcomes in improving maternal health in lasting ways.
  • Identify prospective funding channels, devise robust fundraising strategies, and orchestrate compelling campaigns to fuel our mission-driven endeavours.
  • Recruit, retain and mentor a dynamic and high-performing leadership team and promote constructive dialogue and collaboration among people and across organisational structures to work toward new possibilities.
  • Identify and mitigate organisational risks while actively seeking opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organisation, representing our mission and values at public events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and legal standards, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Public health, Global health, Financing or International development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector, preferably in the field of health research and programs; multidisciplinary expertise, with a particular emphasis on health-related domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives, including donor-funded programs.
  • Knowledge of global health issues and familiarity with international development frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong background in business development, underscored by a demonstrable ability to craft and implement effective fundraising strategies.
