1.) Cook

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen appliances and cooking apparatus.
• Assist with inventory management
• Help keep the kitchen organized and clean.
• Food preparation
• Following established recipes and according to Catering Order.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/NECO/WAEC with 2 - 5 years of experience in an hotel.
• Proximity is very important.

2.) Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel stores.
• Conducting weekly inventories of consumables, chemicals, equipment, and uniforms.
• Making requests for supplies, and receiving deliveries.
• Enforce all company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidate with OND and NCE with 2 - 4 working of experience as a store keeper in an hotel.
• Proxmity is very important.

3.) Cashier / Waitress

Job Location: Gowon Estate - Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Complete cash and card transactions.
• Accommodate all guest needs during their dining experience.
• Operating cash register; Cash handling; Balancing account at the end of every shift or sells.
• Keeping the dining room and server stations cleaned.
• Manage the transactions with customers efficiently and accurately.
• Communicating with kitchen staff,Relay customers' orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND with 1-3 years of working experience in an hotel.
• Proximity is very important.
• Industrial Training Student can apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies.
• Check for maintenance issues.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors regularly.
• Clean the bathroom.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / NECO / WAEC qualification with 2-4 years of working experience in an hotel.
• Only candidates residing around the vicinity will be considered.
