We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Medical Laboratory Technician
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect urine, blood or other samples for experimentation and analysis.
- Prepare standard volumetric solutions or reagents to be combined with specimens.
- Manage and operate laboratory equipment.
- Test and study blood, urine, and other body fluids.
- Evaluate test results and prepare reports for physicians.
- Maintain laboratory quality assurance and safety standards.
- Cross-match blood for transfusion.
Qualifications
- OND or HND in relevant courses
- 1 - 3 years of Experience in the same role is important.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Accuracy and precision.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and laboratory equipment.

2.) Female Medical Officer
Job Location: Gbagada - Mainland, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a Medical Officer to join our team to provide excellent health care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that patient care is optimal and in adherence to the clinical guidelines.
- Performing inpatient and outpatient reviews with initial assessment and management.
- Providing medical cover (routine and emergency), during hours of duty and working in conjunction with the other Medical Officers to ensure the provision of a 24-hour service to the hospital.
- Relating with patients’ relatives/caregivers on the present state of health and further management.
- Providing necessary documentation on health reports and discharge summaries of patients.
- Liaising with consultants regarding the provision of Inpatient and Outpatient assessment and care, including diagnoses and medication plans.
- Making entries into the patients’ notes as appropriate, following ward rounds or any other patient examinations, communication or procedures.
- Undertaking within your level of experience and competence, certain medical procedures required by your senior colleagues.
- Administering intravenous medications/therapy as required.
- Providing urgent medical attention and urgent treatment to staff in case of accident or sudden illness, in liaison with other clinical staff on duty.
- Certification of deaths, completion of death certificates and all relevant documentation including, if appropriate, cremation forms and any documents required by the coroner.
- Monitoring and administering medication
- Assessing and planning treatment requirements
- Liaising daily with staff including other doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals
- Writing reports and maintaining records
- Undertaking emergency procedures as required (including resuscitation), taking the lead as necessary.
- Complying with all hospital policies and procedures, in particular, those relating to Health and Safety at Work.
- Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations
- Providing general pre-and post-operative care
- Any other duty as may be assigned to you.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent
- One to two years of post-NYSC experience.
- Proficiency with the use of the computer.
- Female Medical officer for gender balance
- Excellent problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certification - Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria; Certificate of Practicing License.
- Candidates must possess NYSC discharge Certificate or Exemption letter.
- Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.

3.) Physiotherapist
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs, this includes both adults and pediatric patients
- Perform detailed patient evaluation, develop a treatment plan, and manage individualized treatment focused on the patient’s individual goals.
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Consult, collaborate and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate effects, monitor and communicate progress
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility.
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs.
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Document patient care services
- Ensure the work environment is kept clean and safe at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy
- 2 - 3 years of post-NYSC experience
- Relevant professional qualifications are added advantage
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy
- Punctuality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and abreast with current best practices
- Drive to learn and grow continually
- Experience in an orthopedic hospital.
