We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Junior Quantity Surveyor (Business Development Officer)

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement:


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and all clients (existing and potential)
  • Actively pursue new project opportunities in Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in Construction industries
  • Must reside around Lekki Ajah axis.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software tools
  • Professional membership is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.

2.) Health Safety Environment (HSE) & Training Coordinator

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE & Training Coordinator to lead and manage safety training activities and safety coordination projects at our Orofun, Ibeju-Lekki training center.
  • The ideal candidate must reside within the Ibeju-Lekki axis and bring deep knowledge of marine, offshore/onshore safety practices with proven expertise in Confined Space Entry (CSE), Lockout Tagout (LOTO), and Fall Protection.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction:

  • Deliver hands-on and classroom training in: Confined Space Entry (CSE), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Fall Protection, Hot Work Permit Procedures
  • Oversee training sessions for both staff and external clients ensuring compliance with international safety standards
  • Update and review training materials, manuals, and procedures regularly

HSE Operations:

  • Coordinate all safety-related programs and site supervision contracts
  • Monitor compliance with applicable safety regulations on client construction sites and internal operations
  • Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of corrective actions

Client Interface & Support:

  • Serve as the primary safety training contact for current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver customized training and HSE programs
  • Provide safety advisory and technical support for client projects and audits

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain detailed records of training, certifications and safety audits
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, and 14064 management systems 
  • Support external and internal audits related to HSE and training programs

Required Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marine, Construction, offshore, or onshore Oil & Gas operations
  • Strong background in Confined Space Entry (CSE), LOTO, Fall Protection, Hot Work Procedures
  • Professional Certifications (Mandatory):
    • NEBOSH IGC, ISPON (Current Member)
    • ASP/CSP (Board of Certified Safety Professionals)
    • Membership in IIRSM, OSHA, or other recognized safety bodies
  • Familiarity with relevant HSE software/tools and safety documentation systems
  • Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills
  • Current Location: Lives within Ajah- Ibeju-Lekki axis

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.

3.) Quantity Surveyor (Business Development Manager)

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and all clients (existing and potential)
  • Actively pursue new project opportunities in Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors
  • Prepare and follow up on bids, EOIs, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Respond to invitations to tender (ITTs), RFQs, and public procurement calls
  • Build and maintain client relationships through email, calls, and meetings
  • Promote Rated Cranes’ training and inspection services to new clients

Prepare accurate cost estimates for a wide range of services including:

  • EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning)
  • Technical Training Programs
  • Safety Inspections and Third-Party Evaluations
  • Crane and Equipment Repairs
  • HVAC Design, Installation, and Maintenance
  • Fire Detection and Suppression System Installations
  • Scaffolding Erection and Working at Height Projects
  • Lead the preparation of all tender documents including BOQs, technical write-ups, and commercial breakdowns
  • Track and respond to all relevant published tenders and procurement notices
  • Ensure timely submission of all documentation with appropriate follow-ups

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in Construction industries
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software tools
  • Must reside around Lekki Ajah axis.

Must be a registered or active member of at least one of the following:

  • Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
  • Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
