1.) Event Design Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop itemized inventory lists for each event and ensure timely delivery of items onsite.
  • Ensure professional conduct of setup team on site and while conducting on-site inspections to ensure the successful execution of designs.
  • Relate closely the project team and ensure you provide full briefing for each event for proper execution.
  • Oversee and manage event setups assigned to you and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and contractors to oversee the timely production and delivery of design materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design projects.
  • Support in developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for events as required by clients.
  • Support the entire design project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design strategies and approaches.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor (s).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and project management in the events industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

2.) Social Media Administrator

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms to promote the company.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to gather content assets and maintain a content library.
  • Track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and direct messages on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Flag and escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in the identification and curation of relevant content, including images, videos, and articles, to share on social media.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and changes in algorithms.

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design tools are a plus.
  • Passion for the events and decoration industry.

3.) Inventory Operations Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all event-related items.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excesses.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source and purchase event materials and supplies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of inventory items and resolve any issues with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of inventory to event venues.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all event materials meet the company's standards.
  • Collaborate with event planners, production teams, and other departments to understand inventory needs for each event.
  • Communicate effectively with different teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
  • Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delays.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of inventory items at event sites to prevent damage to the items.
  • Inspect incoming inventory for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Provide support during events to address any unexpected inventory-related challenges.
  • Maintain organized and detailed documentation related to inventory, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and costs for management review.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software (Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
