Requirements

• Hnd in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
• Must reside within Onipanu,yaba,fadayi,palmgroove,obanikoro,ilupeju maryland.
